I am a Political Scientist from the Central University of Venezuela, with a Master’s degree in Democracy and Human Rights from the University of Alcalá de Henares in Spain. As well as diplomas and several courses in the area of human rights, especially women’s rights. I have 20 years of professional experience. In the private sphere, I have made manuals of rules and procedures. In the public sphere I have developed in the areas of monitoring public policies, international relations and human rights, much of it in the Ombudsman of the People of Venezuela, an institution in which I worked in the international area, I coordinated and directed groups work in matters such as women, children, youth, indigenous populations, deprived and deprived of liberty, health, environment; publication of texts, among others. I have dedicated the last five years to international consulting. This experience has strengthened my skills for research, writing, analysis, coordination of groups, meetings and events.
