Although physical distance separates us, the threads of our shared history bind us to the suffering Venezuela is experiencing right now. Witnessing the devastation caused by the twin earthquakes on June 24 has awakened in us a deep sense of urgency to embrace our loved ones and take immediate action.
Alimenta la solidaridad: A Venezuelan foundation that has been tackling the food crisis since 2016 by managing community kitchens in vulnerable sectors.
Tinta violeta: A feminist organization with 12 years of experience amplifying the collective power of women to build a world free from violence and oppression.

Evolving into a video podcast!
We want to upgrade the video and audio recording equipment for all committee members joining from the United States, Ecuador, Colombia, Mexico, and Venezuela.
Covering Production Costs
Each comadre and member of the conversaciones committee, together with De La Voz Lab, dedicates time to make every stage of the podcast’s production possible (pre-production, production, and post-production). We want to honor this work and support the efforts of each person as community leaders and researchers.
