Saturday July 18 3pm-5pm PST via Zoom
We are going to meet again as a community to give continuity to the series:
MORE conversations for MORE Pride
Dialogue #3,
Afro-indigenous:
Voices of encounter and struggle.
Listening to Afro-indigenous voices, we will continue to make visible the identities erased in the idea of miscegenation, and we will continue to understand how and why the Black Lives Matter movement belongs to us.
This dialogue will be facilitated by Wilbor Guerrero, Iris Viveros, Milvia Pacheco and all of you.
TO RECEIVE THE ZOOM LINK AND CODE PLEASE REGISTER VIA EVENTBRITE. You will receive the Zoom link after you register, but one day before the meeting. It is ideal that you register no later than Friday, July 17 at 4 PM to receive your link in time for the meeting.
This event is FREE.
MÁS activates and strengthens communities through art, raising awareness about the history and cultural contributions of Afro-Latinos for social change and racial equity.
