We draw on the wisdom and knowledge of each member to create long-term, sustainable resource mobilization strategies and solutions, adapting, and learning as we move. These activities include donation campaigns, relationship-building, and community events.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong><b>Abundance Committee Community Agreements<\/b> <\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These agreements were created by the current Abundance Committee. We view this as a living document; these are internal committee agreements that are ever-evolving.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Center healing as we create strategies to bring resources and sustain our long-term work<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Center Blackness, art, and healing (healing our relationships with money) in the development and initiation of resource mobilization strategies<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bring community members and voices with lived experience of Afrolatinidad to the development of a resource mobilization strategies<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Center the Black voices of the space<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Center healing our relationship with abundance<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Embrace discomfort with love and grace<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Speak your truth and respect the truths of others<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Exercise direct, kind, and respectful communication<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rotating roles\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;Nobody\u2019s humanity is denied&#8221;- recognizing who I am and support everyone on FundRaising committee\u2019s humanity\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Being intentional about challenging how my own privilege and power shows up and wanting to resist.
